Travis County Texas Crash – One dead, two Injured

Travis County Texas Crash – One individual is dead after an accident in southeastern Travis County Sunday evening, as per Austin-Travis County EMS.

ATCEMS says the two-vehicle crash occurred on FM 812 Road around 3:28 p.m. The accident site is about a mile east of the Circuit of the Americas. One vehicle burst into flames, ATCEMS says.

ATCEMS says two individuals were taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with non-dangerous wounds.

The Texas Department of Public Safety says FM 812 was shut yet has since returned.

Authorities say one driver was articulated perished at the scene after the two vehicles were impacted, while the subsequent vehicle flipped and burst into flames with a driver and traveler inside.

One tenant had the option to get away from the second vehicle themselves, however, the other must be pulled to security before the local group of fire-fighters showing up on the scene. The two patients were shipped to St. David’s Medical South Austin Medical Center with non-perilous wounds.

The Texas Department of Transportation reports FM 812 is shut west of SH 130 because of the accident.

Authorities say teams will stay on the scene for years to come. Anticipated expanded deferrals and stay away from the space if conceivable.
