The 45-year-old driver was assaulted in the East Village on the morning of Aug. 28, police said Wednesday as they delivered a new video of a suspect.
The driver declined to get the man close to E. fourteenth Street and Third Avenue, starting the attack soon after 3 a.m., as indicated by police.
