Meghan Voisine Car Accident – A UConn understudy died when she was struck by a quick in and out driver in Suffield Saturday night.
Police distinguished the casualty as Meghan Voisine, 20, of Suffield. She was a lesser, a college representative said.
Police said they have discovered the vehicle they accept struck Voisine and may have distinguished the driver. They keep on researching.
It occurred around 10:30 p.m. Saturday at the convergence of Thrall Avenue and Route 159, or East Street North. Specialists on call couldn’t restore Voisine, police said.
Both Route 159 and Thrall are straightaways, and occupants say drivers will in general speed.
Voisine was a lesser concentrating on advertising. She had gone to Seton Hall University before moving to UConn in fall 2020, said Stephanie Reitz, college representative.
